The Texas Lost Pines ( TLPRC) is having a Ranch Sorting on September 20th in Elgin at the arena at 1868 Hwy 95 South. Today I met some Buyers out at the home they have under contract in Cedar Hills a great little subdivision of site built homes just outside f Elgin and north of Bastrop on Hwy 95.
The subdivision has a nice pool area that is shut down now for the winter and another really lovely park with pond which is especially pretty right now in it’s fall colors! Cedar Hills is the only subdivision that I know that has a tree or two right in the middle of the roads ( which by the way all have speed bumps to keep traffic speeds very low in the area! ).
