Great letter of reference from one of my Selling Clients

Here is one of my recent letters of reference from one of my Listing Clients. I listed and sold his house in record time!

“I have found Deb to be exceptional in her profession.   I had spoke with a couple of other realtors but they never seemed to appreciate the home I had for sale and low balled the property.   Deb immediately understood every property has a group of people who will be interested.   In short, I received a higher net after paying all fees then the other Realtors wanted to price the home.   I tend to believe she sold my property and a “home” and not just a  house. My appreciations to Deb.”

Selling Client Testimonial about Deb Dahlberg Rowland Realtor

One of the things I like to do is provide my Selling Clients with a copy of their settlement statement at tax time. Generally that is around April but some of us get extensions ,as this Selling Client of mine did, and he requested a copy of it yesterday. I had it in my file and got it to him lickity split when I received his email request. When he emailed me back he also included this testimonial he encouraged me to post on my website.

“As an out-of-state investor, Deb’s listing agent services were invaluable. I had been with a big-name chain of “local experts” — who didn’t know the area and didn’t do the work. Deb jumped in and got my place in Smithville sold!”

That was so sweet of him to provide. My response is ” Thank you, Michael C! I really appreciated the opportunity to list and sell your Smithville property! ”

If you or anyone else you know are looking to buy or sell property in the Smithville area of Bastrop County Texas please call me, I would love to help you and I love referrals!

Buyer Testimonial | Land purchase

Buyer Testimonial | Land purchase – a happy Client of mine!

“I was looking for my first piece of land as a city dweller to build a %100 off grid green home and had no idea where to start looking for the right person. Someone who was not just looking to move a piece of land, but really get to know what I wanted to do with it. After seeing Deb had her own land and managed her OWN horses I knew I had the right person. Deb took no time in showing not only the properties that matched what I said I wanted to see, but also what she knew I should consider. If you are looking for someone who appreciates Texas for the land and what you can do with it Deb is your person. Working with her was a real pleasure.” Emory at Apple

Making charity donations one way of giving back.

As part of the way I can give back to the local community I developed a program where I work in conjunction with my Clients to make a donation of a portion of my earned commissions when we have a successful closing either buying or selling to one of the many charities in need.

I will happily make the appropriate donation at our upcoming closing to any one of the programs listed on my Charity page on my website and I let my Clients choose which one I should make the donation to.

Another way donations to get creative with donations we most recently have done is to use the funds to shop for infant outfits that were donated to the Family Crisis Center in Bastrop for distribution.

If my Clients have a different charity they are familiar with that they would like to benefit from a donation please they can send me the information and I will make it happen after our closing be they the Buyers I represent or the Sellers who’s property I have sold.

I am always grateful for the work as a Realtor and this is just one small way for me to say thank you to the community.

Cool relocation map for Bastrop County

This is an awesome relocation map published by Forbes that reflects data from the Internal Revenue Service date collected that shows migration to and from Bastrop County Texas.

When we considered our move to Texas with our horses the sandy loam soil and beautiful pastures along with Bastrop County’s growth and central location hooked me!

If you or anyone you know is considering a relocation to or from Bastrop County, especially with horses contact me! I would love to put my experience to work for you!
